4 BODY MOVEMENTS FOR EMOTIONAL FLEXIBILITY

STOMPING & PUNCHING: When you feel angry, powerless or have low self-confidence. Make sure to tense your arms and make a fist with your hands. It is as if you are pushing down all that negative energy.

HIP CIRCLES & SWIRLS: When you experience a creative block, feel stuck in your head, or when feeling guilt and shame. Guys could also do the floss if it is easier for them.

GROUNDING SHAKE: When you feel low in energy, sad, depressed or anxious. Make sure to loosen your limbs and flail your arms.

STRETCHING & OPENING YOUR CHEST: Lift your arms up overhead, arching your back to open your chest (as much as is comfortable for you) and then open your arms sideways.
